How to Join

It’s easy to become a member!

Simply choose your membership type and fill out an application form, either online or by mail. Once we receive payment, we’ll activate your membership. Memberships are paid annually.

We hope you enjoy the benefits of being part of the community. We look forward to meeting you!

Fee

$375 per household
Note: $225 is tax-deductible

$675 per household
$525 for an individual

• 55 or older
• Live in our service area.

NOTE: Our membership year runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year. We will pro-rate your membership if you are a new member who joins in the middle of our membership year. Any member who joins or renews now will have their membership valid through March 31, 2026. 

Payment

Online Applicants:

Complete the online form first and then mail a check to our office address.

Mail Applicants:

Mail your application form with a check to our office address.

Credit Card:

Call the office to pay by credit card: 301-657-3115.

Renew Online:

Go to www.chevychaseathome.org and log in to your member account to pay by credit card.
