Assistance: A Phone Call Away!	Just call us! Get assistance, information, referrals, and personalized support.
Transportation	Door-to-door rides within Chevy Chase and surrounding areas.
Groceries & Errands	Shopping, prescription pickups, and other errands.
Assistance at Home	Minor repairs, changing light bulbs, moving heavy objects, and more.
Yard work	Light gardening, planting flower pots, setting up garden hoses and outdoor furniture, and raking leaves.
Medical Notetaking	Trained volunteers record information during medical appointments.
Technology Support	One-on-one, in-home assistance to help with electronic devices, such as computers, tablets, televisions, smartphones, and other devices.
Social Calls and Visits	Friendly phone calls, visits, and extra check-ins during bad weather.
Decluttering Assistance	Sort and reduce household items to make your home easier to manage.
Community Resources	Education, advice, and referrals for healthy aging.
Notary Services	Schedule an appointment to have documents notarized.
