Our membership year runs from April 1st to March 31st of the following year. Any member who joins or renews now will have their membership valid through March 31, 2025. Join or renew now!

Full Members

Family and Individual Full Members within our service area receive these volunteer-provided services:

• Transportation
• Household assistance such as putting out recycling bins, fixing leaky faucets, changing hearing aid batteries and light bulbs
• Technical aid and advice with your smart phone, tablet, TV or computer
• Friendly visits, including respite visits to provide relief breaks for caregivers
• Dog-walking
• Medical note-taking by volunteers trained to record information during medical appointments
• Neighbor Network program—a friendly phone call or helpful outdoor visit when inclement weather or covid-19 keeps you at home

Full members also receive all of the Associate Member benefits, including:

• Educational programs and social events—discuss ideas, make new friends, learn new skills, improve technical competence, enjoy musical performances.
• Presentations by experts and notable authors on subjects that interest you, such as national elections, art history, fall prevention, memory loss, and travel.
• Participation in member-led groups—walking, knitting, coffee and conversation, brunch bunch, book club, movie club, and more
• Free or discounted exercise classes: Strength Training, Zumba® Gold, Movement and Music, etc.
• Access to a member listserv where you can share information with other members via the Internet
• Emailed event bulletins and quarterly newsletter by mail and email.
  
• Special programs offered periodically for no charge, such as Home Safety visits provided by Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service.

Full Members must be over 55 years of age. The cost of a Full Membership is $500 per year for an individual, or $650 per year for a household. Join now!

If our membership fee is a hardship, please contact the office. Scholarships are available from the Naomi Kaminsky Scholarship Fund.

Associate Members

Associate Members receive these benefits:

• Educational programs and social events—discuss ideas, make new friends, learn new skills, improve technical competence, enjoy musical performances.
• Presentations by experts and notable authors on subjects that interest you, such as national elections, films, art history, fall prevention, memory loss, birding, and travel.
• Participation in member-led groups—walking, knitting, coffee and conversation, brunch bunch, book club, movie club, and more
• Free or discounted exercise classes: Strength Training, Zumba® Gold, Movement and Music, etc
• Access to a member listserv where you can share information with other members via the Internet
• Emailed event bulletins and quarterly newsletter by mail and email

Associates of any age are invited to join the CC@H community. The cost is $350 per household, $225 of which is a donation. Join now!

Friends of CC@H

A Friend of CC@H Membership is available to anyone living outside our service boundaries, who would like to join and support our organization and have access to the many benefits of membership.

Become a Friend for $225 a year, $100 of which is tax deductible (as allowed by law). Benefits include:

• CC@H social and educational programs;
• Invitations to members-only events;
• Receive our CC@H quarterly newsletter and email bulletins and enrollment in our Member Forum;
• Enjoy reduced rates for our exercise classes and educational programs;
• Join our member-led groups - walking, knitting, coffee and conversation, brunch bunch, book club, movie club, men's poker club, and more

By joining as a Friend, you will become part of our community, meet new friends and participate in our social, educational and wellness events. Friends may also volunteer to help other members of the community age in place.

*Full Membership, which includes volunteer-provided services, is only available within the territorial boundaries of the Village. We are not able to provide volunteer services to Friends, who live beyond our boundaries. Full Members pay a considerably higher annual fee than Friends.
