Chevy Chase At Home is partnering with Corewood Care to present a workshop series on solo aging and ways to prepare for solo aging. The series welcomes individuals and couples. The Aging Solo series in a national, award-winning learning opportunity designed to help you take charge of your aging. As we get older, health decision making, and end-of-life planning becomes inevitable. Aging Solo will help you reflect on your priorities, map out your support network, and put plans in place. The curriculum and supplemental videos used in this series were developed by Iona Senior Services with funding from AARP.

Program Facilitators: We are very excited to have two professional Care Managers from Corewood Care facilitating this session. Jennifer Riesch, Executive Director, will also support this program.
