About this event
THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED DUE TO THE SPEAKER'S SCHEDULE. WE WILL RESCHEDULE.
When it comes to navigating healthy aging, much of the advice is too general to be helpful. We’ve all heard the recommendations to eat well, move more and get plenty of sleep. So, let’s get granular about changes you can make to maximize your health span. One place to start is the Brain Care Score, developed by physicians at Massachusetts General Hospital. The higher your score on this quiz, the lower your risk of dementia, depression, stroke, and heart attack. Allison will describe the science behind a host of modifiable risk factors linked to longevity, including stress management, feeling a sense of purpose and community.
