Zumba Gold Dance Class - IN PERSON
Designed for anyone who wants all the fun of a regular Zumba class but at a lower intensity of movement. The same great Latin, International & Pop styles of music and dance are used and we have just as much fun as the regular Zumba classes. Zumba® Gold classes strive to improve our balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart. We use easy to follow steps, which includes Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa, Rock & Roll (including Twist and Charleston), Belly Dance, Flamenco, Folk Dance and Tango.
Be sure to wear comfortable workout clothing, shoes that you can comfortably dance in and bring water.
The class runs Mondays, Jan 22 to Feb 26th 2024, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. (No class Mon Feb 19.) $40 for the session. Search for class number R05132-213 on the Active Montgomery website or visit:
