Mike Tidwell, Director Chesapeake Climate Action Network will speak on this important topic for an all Village-wide event. Mike Tidwell is a nationally recognized expert who will discuss how climate change will affect water, energy, transportation, wildlife, agriculture, ecosystems, and human health in the DMV. Learn what seniors can do personally and as advocates to help mitigate change, so that our children and grandchildren will have a healthy and vibrant planet. Tidwell is director of the Chesapeake Climate Action Network, a grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about the impacts and solutions associated with global warming in the DMV.
