Mat Pilates with Pamela (Zoom)
Our popular instructor, Pamela Sislen, guides you through varied core strengthening routines. Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that focuses on strengthening core muscles. Pilates involves slow and precise movements and breath, although the exercises work other areas of the body as well. It strengthens and stabilizes the midsection so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates.
Note: this is a floor-based and barefoot exercise program. Participants will need a proper exercise floor mat.
