This series of ongoing classes is carefully designed for you by Pamela Sislen to do while at home either seated or standing. Each session includes: a warm up, a strength training section and a cool down. Exercise modifications will be offered. Equipment is optional: light hand weights or dumbbells or bags of rice, small water bottles or soup cans. This class is free for CC@H members and volunteers.
