This series of classes designed for you by Pamela Sislen to do at home either seated or standing. Each session includes a warm up, strength training, and a cool down. Exercise modifications will be offered. Equipment is optional and can include light hand weights, dumbbells, bags of rice, water bottles, or soup cans. This class is a member benefit and offered at no cost to CC@H members and volunteers.
