CC@H is partnering with Chevy Chase Village and Giant Pharmacy to provide another fall vaccine clinic where members, volunteers, and community residents can receive a variety of vaccines. The vaccines that will be offered are: COVID, flu, pneumonia, shingles, tetanus, and Hepatitis B. Most vaccines should be covered by insurance. The Vaccine Clinic flyer will be shared as we get closer to the event.


Hard copies of the consent form will be available at the Village Hall and digital copies will be provided in advance of the event. Participants are strongly urged to complete the required consent form PRIOR to the clinic by downloading the upcoming flyer.

The vaccine clinic will take place at Chevy Chase Village Hall, 5906 Connecticut Avenue.
