About this event
CC@H is partnering with Chevy Chase Village and Giant Pharmacy to provide another fall vaccine clinic where members, volunteers, and community residents can receive a variety of vaccines. The vaccines that will be offered are: COVID, flu, pneumonia, shingles, tetanus, and Hepatitis B. Most vaccines should be covered by insurance.
Hard copies of the consent form will also be available at the Village Hall. Participants are strongly urged to complete the required consent form PRIOR to the clinic by downloading from the above link or by picking up a hard copy in advance at the Village Hall.
The vaccine clinic will take place at Chevy Chase Village Hall, 5906 Connecticut Avenue.
