About this event
Zumba Gold Dance Class meets Mondays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:25 a.m. on Zoom. This low-impact Zumba/Dance class is designed for the active older adult. Just as fun as regular Zumba classes, Zumba Gold is lower intensity. The instructor uses very easy-to-follow steps, which include Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, Cumbia, Salsa, Rock & Roll (including Twist and Charleston), Irish, Belly Dance, Flamenco, and Tango. The fee is $10 per class, pay as you go. Taught by former CC@H Instructor Sharon Gelboin-Katz.
