Chevy Chase At Home and Chevy Chase Village are hosting a clinic where you can get your flu shot and/or your tetanus booster, your shingles, or your pneumonia vaccines. While the shot will be administered inside, waiting before and after will be outside under a canopy to ensure proper ventilation. You must fill out a consent form in advance that can be picked up in advance from outside the Chevy Chase Village Hall (beg. Oct. 13) or downloaded from the following page.
