We Are Neighbors Helping Neighbors Live At Home

Cabin fever is defined as being stuck indoors for a prolonged period of time during the winter months, suffering from extreme irritability and restlessness caused by a lack of sunlight, and sick of being inside with the same people for months on end. One therapy for cabin fever may be as simple as getting out and interacting with others.
A perfect anodyne is our Cabin Fever Party: Sunday, February 22, 2 – 4 p.m. at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center, corner of Old Georgetown Road and Edgemoor Lane (same location as our office; free covered parking). Come meet other members and volunteers; learn about opportunities to help CC@ H on our committees or as a service volunteer; get a look at our refreshed website; learn a few new exercise techniques; enjoy some refreshments; celebrate George Washington’s birthday; and chase away the winter blahs.
Please register so that we have an idea of how many cookies to bring! And as always, we offer rides for Full Members.
